C. Kerry Nemovicher, Ph.D. CEO, President & Founder: Dr. Nemovicher, the Founder, Chairman, & C.T.O. of Keneisys Corp, brings more than 35 years of leadership experience to the company, a period in which he has been actively involved in innovative Information Technology (IT) and Security systems. While developing Keneisys Virtual StrongBox Technology, Dr. Nemovicher has provided his expertise in Business Continuity Planning, Business Impact Analysis, and Cyber Risk Analysis as a consultant to various financial services and software companies. Some companies include AT&T, Israel Aircraft Industries, NYNEX, and ABB. In addition, Dr. Nemovicher has served as an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at Lafayette College. Dr. Nemovicher holds a Ph.D. and M.S. from Lehigh University, and a B.A. in Classical Liberal Arts from St. John’s College (Annapolis MD). Yigal Baruch, CFO:Yigal Baruch (CPA/CITP) has over 25 years of experience in the areas of corporate planning, management and finance, of which the last 14 have been in the high-tech field, specifically in the software applications and medical equipment industries. Since 2000, Yigal has been advising start-up and early-stage companies in the areas of corporate finance and system application. During 1990-99, Yigal served as the CFO of two publicly traded companies, an enterprise software company, Level8 Systems (Nasdaq:LVEL) and a medical laser company, Sharplan Lasers, later acquired by Lumenis (Nasdaq:LUME). Prior to that, his experience included 8 years in public accounting, primarily as a manager with Ernst & Young (NYC) and 3 years as a corporate accounting manager with Sony. Yigal holds a BA degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University. T. Weldon Smith:Weldon Smith has over 35 years of experience in technology industries. He has held a variety of executive, business development, management, and technical positions. Most recently, he was on the executive staff, Senior Vice President, of Entegris, Inc., the leading provider of materials integrity management products and services. Entegris’ has significant market presence in many key technology industries, including semiconductor, data storage, chemical processing, biopharmaceutical, medical devices, and fuel cells. Prior to retirement from Entegris, Inc. in 2003 Weldon provided leadership for five acquisitions and their integration into Entegris. Immediately after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University, Weldon obtained his commission in the U.S. Navy and served in the Viet Nam War. He later returned to the United States for MBA studies. Weldon held engineering, product management, and sales management positions with Union Carbide Corporation’s Crystal Products Department and was instrumental in development and sales of optical/laser materials, magnetic bubble memory wafers, and silicon-on-sapphire for semiconductors. This experience led him to focus fully on semiconductor materials. He joined Dynamit Nobel, Inc. an Italian supplier of silicon wafers. Weldon played major roles in that company’s successful move into the United States market and was part of the team that built a major manufacturing facility in North Carolina. Weldon later joined the sales management team of Fluoroware, Inc. where he held various positions, including General Manager. He was instrumental in helping the company grow from $25 Million to over $250 Million, merge with its largest competitor, change its name to Entegris, Inc. and go public in 2000. Robert T. Bosserman:Robert T. Bosserman has over twenty-five years of professional, operational, financial, general management and board experience (over 15 years in COO or CEO positions) in technology companies, ranging from venture capital financed start-ups to subsidiaries of Fortune 500 companies. These companies span diverse product and service areas that include hardware manufacturing and services, proprietary software algorithms and control systems for automotive and aerospace applications, network management software, franchised insurance services, water treatment technology, satellite/internet networks, radar systems and biotechnology. He also has extensive experience in strategic positioning, intellectual property licensing, joint venture partnerships and mergers and acquisitions, along with more than fifteen years of experience raising capital (including one public offering.) For a number of years, he chaired several advisory teams providing strategic leadership to companies in the Arizona Technology Incubator. His current assignments include founder, director and COO of Medelis, Inc., a Phoenix based clinical research organization specializing in oncology drug trials, President and CEO of PFS Insights LLC, an online assessment service for the wellness industry, and Chairman of Nex Computing Solutions, Inc., a systems integrator in Phoenix Arizona. In addition, Mr. Bosserman serves on the board of directors of Avolix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Sensor Technologies and Systems, Inc., and on the advisory boards of Multimedia Telesys, Inc. and the Foundation for Anti-Cancer Drug Discovery. Mr. Bosserman also founded a law firm immediately following his graduation from the University of Virginia Law School. In addition to his Juris Doctorate, he holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia and a B. S. with honors in Chemistry from Vanderbilt University.
